Whether on an off-road adventure, at the campsite or in everyday use: with the robust tool holder you secure tools and equipment safely and compactly to your vehicle, roof rack or other suitable surfaces.

The flexible holder is suitable for items with a diameter of 25 to 57 mm and keeps shovels, axes, poles and other equipment reliably in place.

The material has been tested in accordance with AfPS GS 2015:01 PAK and is suitable for long-term skin contact.

Easy installation and use

The tool holders can be attached quickly and easily to suitable surfaces.

1. Mounting: Use a size #10 screw or bolt. Be careful not to overtighten it.
2. Flexible orientation: The holders can be mounted in different directions depending on the application.
3. Securing the tool: Place the item between the clamping jaws and pull the closure strap tight with both thumbs.
4. Mounting on round tubes: On roof racks with round tube frames, mounting with hose clamps is also possible. The hose clamp must rest on the plastic washer to avoid damaging the holder.
5. Smaller diameters: Press one clamping jaw into the other and then secure both with the closure strap.

The holder can also be used as a pipe holder, for example on boats. Not suitable for exhaust pipes.

Also suitable for Hi-Lift jacks

The tool holders can also be used to mount a Hi-Lift jack. For the most even load distribution possible, we recommend three holders along the steel rail.

Mounting instructions:

• Position the three tool holders evenly along the steel rail.
• Drill a hole in each holder with a 12 mm drill bit and use a 65 mm long bolt with a 10 mm diameter to secure it.
• Position the jack parallel to the holders and insert it into the first holder first.
• Then secure the other two holders and tighten all closure straps evenly.

Notes on use

New tool holders can be a little stiff at first. Before the first installation, carefully open the clamping jaws several times with both hands and operate the closure strap a few times. This makes handling easier.

For items that use the maximum opening width, the holder must first be mounted on a solid surface. This is the only way the material can stretch sufficiently and the item can be secured safely.
