Yellow or black

All versions of the Expedition Bag (40, 60 & 90 liters) are available in yellow or black.

Waterproof

The Expedition Bag including all zippers is waterproof to the IPX7 standard and is therefore suitable for all adventures in all weather conditions.

Can be worn as a duffle bag or backpack

The removable backpack straps provide versatility and allow you to carry it as a backpack or duffle bag.

Fastening eyelets

The stainless steel eyelets provided for lashing straps ensure secure attachment - e.g. to your roof rack.

Air valve

The waterproof valve can be operated with a simple twist and allows you to inflate or deflate air to fill or compress the Expedition Bag.

Velcro area for patches

We have also attached a Velcro area to the 40 liter version of the yellow and black bag where you can attach your patches if desired.

500D PVC tarpaulin

Characteristics
  • 500D denotes a medium to high fibre strength, which means that the material is very robust and resistant to wear, tears and punctures.
  • PVC (polyvinyl chloride) Tarpaulin is known for its excellent waterproofness. It is an ideal material for products that need to be protected from water and moisture. It is UV-resistant and can withstand extreme weather conditions such as strong sunlight, wind and rain.
Care

The smooth surface of PVC tarpaulin makes it easy to clean and maintain. Dirt and mud can be easily washed off, making the material ideal for outdoor use.

Flexibility

Despite its robustness, the material remains flexible, which makes it easier to handle and pack.

Waterproof according to IPX7 standard

Would you like to check the bag for waterproofness? To do this, close all zippers completely and then close the valve to seal the bag. Then press it together lightly. If no air escapes, you can be sure that your Expedition Bag is completely sealed and is waterproof. In addition, the valve allows air to be released, making the bag more compact.
